Weathervein Press is an indie micro press established in 2026 by author Damn Jones.
The mission of Weathervein is to publish the works of excellent writers in the indie lit community, to see these authors and their work lifted up, and to have it be received by readers in a beautiful, handmade literary object.
Weathervein believes that the excellence of the work ought to be matched by an excellent presentation, so all books are handmade by Damn Jones in his home using high-quality equipment and materials.
The inaugural release of the press will be BURN THE FLEET: an anthology of killers. This is a short story anthology which will include a new, never-before posted or published story from Damn Jones and nine other incredible writers who he hand-picked for the quality of both their writing and character.
The digital release will be laid out as a PDF and presented in a digital ‘flipbook’. PDF/e-reader versions will also be available.
